-Siinäkö kaikki

2. Mikä tekee äidin onnelliseksi?
-korut  ja kun minulle annetaan yllätyksiä

3. Mikä tekee äidin surulliseksi?
-nipistää ja kiusata  / jos joku nipistää tai sitten puree

4. Miten äiti saa sinut nauramaan?
-kutittamalla

5. Millainen äitisi oli lapsena?
-en minä tiedä

6. Kuinka vanha äitisi on?
-en mä tiiä

7. Kuinka pitkä äitisi on?
-aikuisen kokoinen

8. Mikä on äitisi lempipuuhaa?
-synttärikakkujen leipominen  / tehdä puuhia ja kaikenlaista

9. Mitä äitisi tekee, kun et ole itse paikalla?
-töitä

-lääkäriksi / balettitanssijaksi  (??)

-se Hattentattia tekee

-spagettia  (ei muuten ole, mistäköhän tämä tuli?)


15. Miksi olet ylpeä äidistäsi?
-Koska me päästään Peppimaahan

16. Jos äitisi olisi joku sarjakuvahahmo, kuka hän olisi?
-Aku Ankka  tai Minni hiiri

17. Mitä sinä ja äitisi teette yhdessä?
-Me leivotaan  (joo, se muutama kerran vuodessa...)


18. Mitä samaa on sinussa ja äidissäsi?
-Että minä autan sitä  (tarkoittikohan auttavaisuutta?)


19. Mitä eroa teissä on?
-Tota, äiti ei tykkää uimisesta mutta minä tykkään (kyllä muuten tykkään...)


20. Mistä tiedät, että äitisi rakastaa sinua?
-koska se on minun rakas äitini

-Rannikolle / Linnanmäki ja Särkänniemi ja koti

1. What does your Mom always say to you?
-Is that all. 

2.What does make Mom happy?
 -Jewelry and when I am given surprises 


3.What makes Mom sad?
-When someone is pinching and then biting

4. How can Mom make you laugh?
-By tickling 


5. What kind of a child your Mom was?
-I don't know 


6. How old is you Mom?
-I don't know 


7. How tall is you Mom?
-Size of an adult 

8. What is the favourite thing what you Mom likes to do?
-Baking birthday cakes / make all kinds of staff

9.What does your Mom do when you are not around?
-Work 

10. If your Mom would be famous, what would've resulted it ?
-As a doctor / as a ballerina (??) 


11. Where's you Mom very good at?
-When she is playing with me, sewing and making jewelry

12. Where's your Mom not good at all?
-Making tools or playing instruments

13. What does your Mom do for a living?
-She is doing Hattentatti 


14. What's your Mom's favourite food?
-Spaghetti (by the way, is not, where did she pull this one?:))

15. Why are you proud of Mom?
- Because we can go to Peppi- land 

16. If you Mom would be a cartoon figure, who would she be?
-Donald Duck or Minnie mouse 


17. What do you and Mom do together?
-We are baking (WTH? Maybe twice in a year...)


18. What same things are in you and in your Mom?
-That I help her (meant maybe helpfulness?)



19. What differences is in you and in your Mom?
-Well, Mom doesn't like swimming but I do.  (I do like swimming young lady...:))


20. How do you know that your Mom loves you?
-Because she is my dear Mom.


21. What is your Mom's favourite place where to go?
-To the coast, Linnanmäki- amusement park, Särkänniemi- amusement park and home.

She is all we were hoping for and in the same package we got also an private photographer and angel :)

Sofia just loves our Pipa- hamster. Some cute pictures of Pipa and Sofia. They are really good friends <3

Special Birthday present for Katrin

Katrin's birthday is getting closer and we wanted to make something special for her. Something which will remind her about Finland and our family.
So we decided to draw a pillow case and here's the final result.

THIS IS MADE IN OCTOBER 2012 WITH 100% LOVE 
and lots of thought has gone into it.

Red is Sofia's drawings and blue is Oliver's.

The theme was "OUR FAMILY AND FINLAND"

Sofia:
1- Kangaroo with little joye who keeps poking his tongue to everyone.
2- Lopsy (running away as usual)

Ajoimme autolla kun korvaani kantautui takapenkiltä lasten keskustelua.

"Kato Sofia kuinka hienoja taloja Jumala on luonut" -Oliver sanoi.

"Ei-ei-ei se niin mee, annas kun sisko selittää tän sulle. Katsos kun Jumala on luonut ne ii-ii-iihmiset ja niille sen taaa-aa-aaaidon joilla ne osasi rakentaa ne talot." -Sofia oikaisi.

"aijaa" pieni mies ihmetteli.

Eihän siinä voinu muuta kuin hymyillä :) Sofialla alkanut uskonnontunnit koulussa, hyvin on opit menneet jakeluun :)

We were driving in the car when I heard this conversation from the back seat.

"Look at those great big buildings which God had created" -Oliver said.

"Noo-noo-noo. Let big sister explain this to you. See, God has created humans and the skill to build things so that humans could build the buildings" -Sofia said proudly

"Ahaa."  and the little man kept wondering the big questions in his small head. 

I just love to listen their serious conversations :)  Sofia has started her religious -classes at school and you obviously the homeworks has been done :)
